You will need to sign our liability form and also have a USATF number prior to coming to practice.  The USATF number is $20 for a full year of membership which includes our insurance. The liability form and the USATF link are on the bottom left corner of our website.

No, we have all of the poles that you need to get started today. Once you are more advanced you may want or need to buy your own poles in the future.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday we have travel team practices dedicated to the athletes that travel with our club. Other lessons will reside around that schedule for private lessons and additional training.  If you would like to come join us for a session or weekly you can do so for one small fee.

The cost per session for pole vaulting is $30 per session and they last between one and half to two hours per session.

No, we teach you the skills needed in this program to be a better pole vaulter. Pole vault gymnastics was designed and implemented to give all athletes the tools necessary to build the strength and knowledge to be a well-rounded pole vaulter. This is one of the added benefits of participating in our travel teams!

The travel team is a team formed by our club that travels from club to club in the off season pole vaulting against other clubs in the Southern California area. There are nine clubs participating in nine different cities from November 5, 2015 through January 7, 2016.  The last meet for a mark will happen at the Pole Vault Summit in Reno, Nevada January 14, 2016 time frame. The cost for participation on the travel team is $210 per month.
